How to use Taambe
A simple guide to buying and selling on Taambe. Everything you need to know in one place.
For Buyers
Use the search bar and filters to find products quickly. You can filter by category, price, condition and location.
Tap the heart icon to favorite a listing or save a search. You will be notified when the price drops (if you enable it).
You can make an offer on many listings. The seller can accept, decline or counter your offer.
When you buy, payment is held securely until you confirm delivery. This protects both sides.
All important updates (offers, messages, delivery) appear in your Notifications and can also be sent as browser push.
For Sellers
Create a clear listing with good photos, an honest description and a fair price. Better listings sell faster.
When you receive an offer or order, respond quickly. Fast communication builds trust.
You can publish store announcements to let your followers know about new products or special deals.
After the buyer confirms delivery, the funds are released to you. Keep your payout details up to date.
What you can and cannot sell
You can sell
Most legal second-hand and new consumer goods: electronics, clothing, books, furniture, collectibles, handmade items, and similar products.
You cannot sell
Illegal items, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, adult content or services, live animals (no exceptions), and anything that violates local laws or Taambe policies.
Notifications & Preferences
Taambe can notify you about orders, messages, price drops, announcements, new products and more.
You fully control what you receive. Turn any category on or off at any time.
Safety tips
Never pay or communicate outside the Taambe platform. All payments should go through the secure system.
Read the listing carefully and check the seller’s ratings before buying.
